Who will be my personal trainer?
The trainers are degreed and/ or certified by reputable organizations or academic institutions in their field of expertise.
When can I start?
NOW! Simply stop by the Campus Recreation office or call 817-257-PLAY to make your appointment (appointments must be set 48 hours in advance).
All initial appointments must be done in person due to a health history questionnaire that must be filled out prior to the appointment. This information is private and will be used only to determine if a physician's clearance is needed based upon guidelines set by the American College of Sports Medicine.
A Polar Body Age® assessment is required for all first time clients for a fee of $50.00
This assessment includes blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength &
endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory testing. Based on your fitness level
and lifestyle, a Body Age is determined for you!
Current clients can purchase a Polar Assessment for $50.00
Personal Training with a Buddy
What are the benefits of training with a friend?
You are more likely to stick with a workout plan if you pair with a friend.
Pairing with a friend will give you a workout partner for days without a trainer.
You can build friendships while achieving a healthier body
